1. The Service

Voice2Book is a service that transforms your voice messages into professionally written books:

• You send voice messages via WhatsApp in response to daily questions from Paco, our AI guide
• We transcribe and transform your answers into polished prose
• The result is a beautifully formatted book delivered as a PDF or printed hardcover
• The service requires your active participation — you must respond to questions

2. Your Account & Participation

• You must provide accurate contact information (email, WhatsApp number)
• You are responsible for the content of your voice messages
• You must be 18 years or older to use the service (or have parental consent)
• You agree not to send content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights

3. The Storytelling Journey

• Each book type has a set duration (30 to 90 days depending on book type)
• Paco sends you one question per day via WhatsApp
• You respond with voice messages at your own pace
• If you miss questions, Paco will follow up but won't pressure you
• The book is compiled after your journey is complete
• You will receive a digital proof to review before printing

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• Payment is collected upfront via Stripe at the time of purchase
• Prices may change, but your purchase price is locked in
• We accept major credit cards processed securely by Stripe

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Voice2Book experience:

• 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If the storyteller answers fewer than 10 questions and requests a refund within 30 days of purchase, we provide a full refund
• Once the book has been compiled and delivered (digital or printed), no refunds are available
• For printed books: no refunds once the book has been sent to print

6. Your Content & Ownership

Your stories belong to you:

• You own your stories. Always.
• You grant Voice2Book a license to process your voice messages solely to create your book
• We do not claim ownership of your content
• We do not use your content for marketing without explicit permission
• The professionally written prose is a derivative work based on your stories — you own the final book

7. What We Deliver

• Digital: A professionally formatted PDF delivered via email within 2 weeks of journey completion
• Printed: A hardcover book printed by Lulu and shipped to your address within 4-6 weeks (depends on shipping location)
• Gift Edition: Printed hardcover + gift wrapping + personalized dedication page + gift card, within 4-6 weeks

8. Intellectual Property

• The Voice2Book brand, website, and technology are our intellectual property
• The content of your book is yours
• Paco's questions and the AI writing system are our proprietary technology
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology

9. Limitations

• The service relies on AI — the final book may need your review and feedback
• We provide one round of revisions at no extra charge
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Service availability depends on WhatsApp and third-party APIs
• We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, though we aim for the timelines stated

10. Termination

• You can cancel your journey at any time by messaging Paco or emailing hi@voice2book.app
• Refund policy above applies to cancellations
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or send inappropriate content
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
