When you use Voice2Book, we collect:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number (from checkout and waitlist forms)
  • Voice messages: The WhatsApp voice messages you send to Paco, our AI storytelling guide
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
  • Book preferences: Your chosen book type and format

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Create your personalized book from your voice messages
  • Communicate with you via WhatsApp during your storytelling journey
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Deliver your finished book (digital or printed)
  • Improve our service and customer experience

3. Your Voice Messages & Stories

Your stories are precious. Here's how we handle them:

  • Voice messages are transcribed using AI (OpenAI Whisper)
  • Transcriptions are used solely to create YOUR book
  • We do not use your stories to train AI models
  • We do not share your stories with anyone
  • You can request deletion of all your data at any time

  • We keep your data for 12 months after your book is delivered
  • After that, voice messages and transcriptions are deleted
